Outlook Mail client is not default

I set Outlook (Office 2003) Mail client as default. But when I use context
menu Send to > Mail Recipient in Windows Explorer (XP SP2) then message
appear in Outlook Express istead of Outlook Mail client.

Check out Tools | Options | Other...is the checkbox next to "Make Outlook the
default...' still checked?

Yes, of course. I read newspapers ;). In addition: Windows explorer | Tools |
Folder Ooptions... | File Types  ... MailTo define Outlook.
