Want to copy emails & maps, contacts, calender to new PC Outlook 2

Want to copy exsisting emails & maps, contacts, calender to new PC
installation using Outlook 2003. Have made safetycopies like Archive safety
copy, Outlook Safety copy and Personal maps safety copy of the old
installation.
How shall I import them into the new installation?
