Can't delete files Outlook2002 Outbox-messenger interface error

Outlook 2002 is not working - I have tried to uninstall and re-install and it
did not
correct the problem.

I get an error when sending and receiving:

Task 'Bill Bratt (tshd) - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x8004060C)

: 'Unknown Error 0x8004060C'

I Can't delete files in the Outbox- I get messenger interface error.

How large is your Personal Folders (.PST) file, pray tell?
