I am hoping there is a way to change the color of Folders in the outlook
folder list.

If there isn't a way in Outlook does anyone know of a 3rd party app that
would do it.

For example make the Primary Folder red
the next Sub folder blue
All it's sub folders another color.

This way primary topics for folders would stand out making it easier to find
folders and sub folders.
