Unable to download sp-3 for Outlook 2003

I attempted to download sp-3 for Outlook 2003 and received an error message:
Error Code: 0x80070005. what does this mean? how do I correct to allow
download?

Download the full file instead and apply it via the installer instead of via
Windows/Office Update.
Make sure you select the correct language.

I appreciate your help on this. I was about to attempt your solution when I
checked my download history and found that SP-3 auto downloaded earlier today.
