Please tell me where that question and response was posted. I agree that I
did post the question once prior, however I could not see it appear in the
list some hours later, so I posted it again. I can still only see my question
appear once.
Notwithstanding that I never received a notificiation email advising that I
had received a response to that post, which if received would have let me
directly to it.
If you could point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.
Regards

You need to uninstall the trial & any MS 2007 Compatibility pack, delete
temp files & reboot. Then repair your 2003 installation.

Thank you for your advice, but how do I repair 2003? Is it using the inbox
repair tool? if so, I am not sure if that will fix it as 2003 will not even
start. I get an error message tellming me that 'Microsoft Outlook has stopped
working'.
Thanks

2003 is not going to work whilst the trial exists
You can repair using your Office cd, or via Office2003 in add/remove
dialogue, or via Help> Detect/Repair in eg Word
