I recently installed Turbo tax.  Since then I have been unable to open
outlook.  I get an error report and then try to open in safe mode.  It won't
open in safe mode.  I then run repair and detect which also is a no go.
Windows then runs configure and it finishes successful.  But I still can't
open outlook and the process starts over again.  Don't know if the turbo tax
was a cause.  Just coincindental?

So tried uninstalling Turbo Tax already?
Without any configuration information or exact error message it is hard to
offer any meaningful assistance.
