I just installed ms office 2003 sp3 to try to correct error msg 0x800cccf7 synchonizing heads reporting error. Thw server respoded this is not permitted for this kind of client. Please advise. > Anybody has an answer???? For which kind of mail account? See if setting your SMTP server settings to use authentication solves your issue. Also if you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook, disable this integration and try again. The window panels does not remove the account. You've got 2 in the folder list but only one in your account configuration? Then you need to recreate your mail profile.
