MS Office Forum / Outlook / Installation and Configuration / March 2008Downgrade 2007 back to 2003
I have downgraded MS OFFICE from 2007 (came preinstalled on Dell) back to 2003. All apps work fine excpet OUTLOOK. Keeps trying to start in safe mode and migrate settings. I have re-installed, created a new profile and tried creating a new PST - same problem. Brought the 2007 PST over to another 2003 installation and it opens fine. Did you used the mail applet to create a new Profile, not copy, add the data file and accounts & test?
