Outlook 2000 came with my computer.  I tried to install
Outlook 2002 with the CD that came with my new HP PDA.  I
believe I asked to update.  Anyway, when I try to open
Microsoft Outlook now, I get an error message as follows:

Unable to open your default e-mail folders.  The .DLL
file for the info service could not be found.  MAPI was
unable to load the info service PSTPRX.DLL.  Be sure
service is correctly installed and configured.

Could you help me with this?

Would yr OL2002 be an OEM version - tied specifically to the PDA?
