I am moving everything to Outlook and the only things I have not been able
to accomplish so far was to add the blocked senders list to Outlook. I went
through the procedure to copy the list from the registry but modifying it to
import into Outlook does not seem to work.
Also is there a way to make Outlook start in the in box?

I can't answer the import of blocked senders (not that I have to use it
since server side filtering is working out really well), but for the Inbox
question....
Start Microsoft Outlook. Select Tool > Options > Other tab > Advanced
options button. Top of dialog is what you are after.
