I just upgraded PCs. I have office 2003. I reinstalled to new PC with Vista
but outlook is not listed as a program. Any advice? Is outlook express not
comatible?

are you looking for outlook 2003 or outlook express? OE was replaced by
Windows Mail. (It's mostly just a name change.)

Outlook Express doesn't run on Vista they changed the email program to
Windows Live Mail.  But if you are talking about Outlook then 2003 & 2007
work fine - at least for me they do.
