I installed Office 2003 which includes Outlook. Everything works fine except for Outlook. It will not load. I have reinstalled it several times. Error message says CANNOT START MICROSOFT OFFICE. COULD NOT OPEN THE ITEM. TRY AGAIN. Any suggestions.
