did you move the non-working account over to the live server? There should
be instructions on the hotmail site when you log into the acct. Also, what
exactly doesn't work? At what point does it fail? Does the log give you any
hints?

Not sure what you mean by moving the account to the live server. When I get
on web access, I tell it to use full Live mail instead of the Classic view.
The log is not helpful. Outlook acts like it's sending and receiving, but no
mail is displayed in the inbox or sent items. The only error in the log
refers to the calendar which it cannot synch (which from my reading is due to
it being a free account.)
