Outlook Connector and Hotmail

Has anyone had trouble with Outlook 2003 and the Outlook Connector failing to
access their inbox?  It works with one Hotmail account but not the other.
Both are free accounts.  Outlook Connector support tells me it's an issue
with the Hotmail account.  When I call the Hotmail support number, they
refuse to look at it because it's a free account.  Is there some way I'm
supposed to configure my profile to make it work properly?  (And yes before
someone asks I have visually compared both of my accounts and cannot see a
difference.)

did you move the non-working account over to the live server? There should
be instructions on the hotmail site when you log into the acct. Also, what
exactly doesn't work? At what point does it fail? Does the log give you any
hints?

Not sure what you mean by moving the account to the live server.  When I get
on web access, I tell it to use full Live mail instead of the Classic view.
The log is not helpful.  Outlook acts like it's sending and receiving, but no
mail is displayed in the inbox or sent items.  The only error in the log
refers to the calendar which it cannot synch (which from my reading is due to
it being a free account.)
