I want configure my outlook so that if i m away frm my system i can b alerted
on my mobile for any mail received to my MS - Outlook.

Its got nothing, or at least very little to do with OL, it depends on your
mobile & its access to mail.
Allthough assuming your mobile account has an email option then you could
configure OL to send a msg to your mobile mail account.
But IMO all too much hassle, if anyone wanted instant communication they
would be using a different media
