Hi, Currently, i install outlook 2007 to send and received my email. but when i create a rule to specified email to be move into a folder, some of the email is not moved. i try to delete and create a new rule, but, the problem still the same. my rule are: Apply this rule after the message arrives through the microsoft exchange account and on this machine only move it to the deleted items folder > Apply this rule after the message arrives > through the microsoft exchange account > and on this machine only > move it to the deleted items folder If you have rules that are listed after this one, add the "stop processing more rules" action to see if that makes a difference.
