We have just recently setup Exchange 2007 to migrate from domino. All of our
users are and were outlook 2003 clients. Their mail files are setup in a
folder on another server instead of locally for redundancy purposes. I am
having a problem getting outlook to use them because it wants to store them
on the local mach. or on the exchange server. How do i get them to work with
the current mail file.
are they using pst files instead of exchange mailboxes? They should have
the mail in the exchange mailbox. Also, outlook doesn't support network
access to psts - it can lead to corrupt mail files.
