Have been successfully using Office Outlook 2007 Trial version. When prompted
to convert I purchased product via download and now have correct Product Key.
The Trial version is still active and I have tried entering the new product
key as prompted, but I receive error message "Key is Incorrect". How do I
convert from Trial to purchased product? It is downloaded on my computer, but
when I run it Trial Version is still active.

Thanks!

Is the key for the same version of Office/Outlook as you downloaded the
trial for? For instance, you cannot use an Outlook license key to only
install Outlook from the Office Professional suite.

Either way, we cannot help with these kind of activation issues as we're all
end-users here. You'll need to contact Microsoft Product Support for this.
