Even though my email is closed at home, I can not access my email from the web.
I have tried going to system start up, Outlook is not in there as a startup.
Nor do there seem to be any options to "not connect outlook on window's
startup" Any suggestions?
Outlook doesn't have any relation to whether or not you are able to access
your web based mailbox. However, when you use a POP3 account and you want to
ALSO check your messages on-line, you should configure your POP3 account to
leave a copy on the server for x days.
