I receive the following error when I try to open up
Outlook: The instruction at "0x308d03c8" referenced memory
at "0x0069fffd". The memory could not be "read".  Then it
asks if I want to terminate or debug.  When I select
terminate I get an OUTLOOK.EXE - Application Error.

I was told there was file that I need to change, any
suggestions?

Are you using Word as your email editor? If so, find and rename normal.dot
and email.dot.
