Help, I am trying to run Outlook version 2002 on my new
CPU with XP as my O/S.

the problem I am coming up with is, I get a message
saying, "unable to open default email folder" I click OK,
next box says "...open your default file system folder" I
have to click yes or it will quit and close. When I do
click yes it opens up to my computer-outlook.

Has anybody seen or heard of this? And if so, does anyone
have a solution?

thanks!!

Recreate (do not copy) your mail profile in Control Panel-> Mail-> button

Note that a CPU is not the same as a computer ;-)
