Hi

I have outlook 2002 running on my laptop. I have two
users set up on the laptop one for work and the other for
home. Wehn i run Outlook under my work user name the
program freezes at the Outlook welcom screen, however it
runhs fine under the other user account. Both accounts
are Computer Administrators and i have tried unintalling
and reinstalling but that doesnt help.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks

Locate outcmd.dat under your username and rename it to outcmd.old. The will
reset the Toolbar back to default.
