I tried a post here and no joy. I was going to post something to the online help from MS but it will not accept my product ID number (and yes, it is a REAL copy of Office direct from the big MS itself

Can anyone suggest other options on getting problems resolved?

Have you tried searching the Microsoft Knowledge Base (http://support.microsoft.com)
or Google Groups (http://groups.google.com) to see if you can find a solution
to your question?
What was your question, by the way?
