Help! I have Windows XP and my Outlook email account does not work at all..i have an account set up, but I can't send/receive messages because I can't connect to the incoming and outgoing servers (set as POP3 and SMTP).  I am using a wireless router to connect to the internet, so I don't know if that affects what kind of servers I use to connect.  I know nothing technical about computers.  I would appreciate any response.  Thanks

Does it work when you connect by LAN cable? Contact your ISP for the server
settings, username and password.
