As with a similar post, I am trying to recover my historical sent files and folders after reinstalling Outlook. How can I recover the files and folders? Thanks, Ron

Search for pst-files

Make sure you include hidden and system files and folders when searching for
pst-file.

By default it is located in
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\

You can also locate the file by using
Rightclick the root folder (probably Outlook Today)-> Properties-> button
Advanced-> field Filename

When you've found the file you can connect to it by using File-> Open->
Outlook Data File...
