I get mail but there is no received mail folder.  I am losing most all old mail.  I often need to search in old received mail.  I recall saying something like save all received mail when I installed
Where is all my old received mail.  How to access.  Thanks,  Carl

You're not making much sense to me here; don't you have an Inbox folder?
What version of Outlook are we talking about here?

I now have newly installed Outlook 200
The confusion for me was in not having the exact term   "Mail Received" available to me when I did a search or Find for old mail in the Inbox

I recall in my old version,(2002?  not sure)  there was a category called Received Mail when I did a search or Find.  As in Find "such and such"    in "Mail Received."   Then I could arrange that by View
Your reminder of the category " Inbox"   clarified that Inbox and Received Mail might be the same thing here. I did a search for old mail in "Inbox" and indeed, all old mail was available.

In the Microsoft Help...there were no directions for clarifying this.  No directions I could find to help, or maybe my concepts were blocking my hearing directions.  I kept looking for Mail Received, or Received mail.  Thank you for the help.
Carl.
