I just purchased a Cannon LiDE 30 Flatbed scanner and it has a button on the front to automatically scan the page into a file, then open MS Outlook 2003, attach it to a new mail message, then you type in the email address, and chick the send button in MS Outlook 2003. THe problem is that chicking the send button does not send the message and I do not get any error message. I am not using a MS Exchange server; I use RoadRunner POP3/SMTP server for sending and receiving my email messages. If I do a File/Save, Exit the email message, I can then start MS Outlook 2003 and send the saved email message. Does anyone know why this is happening
Thanks

I'm not exactly sure why this happens. I have this behaviour on one of my
testing machines as well. CTRL+ENTER still allows me to send the message
though.

You are correct the CTRL+ENTER does work; but I sure would like the SEND button to work too. Does anyone know why MS Outlook 2003 would behave in this way
Thanks
