I have recently upgraded to Windows XP Professional with different logons for different users.  We have one email address but when different users logon and download emails another user can't see them.  Can outlook be setup so that all emails are downloaded and stored on a common inbox that all users can see and access?

Yes -- you can either set each Windows user to share the same .PST file in
Outlook (in which case all data would be shared, not just e-mail) or you can
set up a separate .PST file just for e-mail and just share that file.  See
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/olshare1.htm for more on how to set this
up.
