MAPI problem with nwnsp.dll

I am in the process of switching from Lotus Notes to
Outlook. When I go to sign into Outlook I get the
following message:

"Unable to start processing services. An unexpected error
has occurred. MAPI was unable to load the information
service nwnsp.dll. Be sure that the service is correctly
installed and configured."

What does this mean and how do I fix it?
