I got an Outlook 2002 Upgrade with my iPAQ 2215 and
tested/activated it on my desktop. Now I am trying to use
my laptop/iPAQ combination, but I can no longer activate
Outlook 2002, because it says I have already done so on
another computer, my desktop. How can this problem be
remedied before my 50 openings of Outlook 2002 are all
used up?

Dennis,
Please call the phone number provided in the Activation Wizard. The
activation group will help you with your activation issue.
