I'm a new user to Outlook from my home computer.  Our IT manager can not
understand why Outlook will not get my e-mail from the server.  We seem to
have all the necessary information correctly populated for the POP 3, etc,
etc..  Thank you for your help! dmccauley@valuecomm1.com

Or could you post more details?

No error message.  I'm able to send e-mails, but 'new' e-mails that are being
received are not going into my outlook.  My IT guy is not very willing to
help me as I am at home.  He just states that it should work.  Don't really
know how else to describe my problem.  I'd be happy to call you to better
explain my problem.  My e-mail address is dmccauley@valuecomm1.com.  Thank
you for reading my post and trying to help me.  --Don
