I have followed the instructions in the help but after browsing to the folder
where the mail files are (*.idx) i get a message saying "cannot open folder -
it may be in use by another application".  I have tried copying the files to
a new location and retrying but with the same result.  I can open the file in
notpad so they are not locked.

I should also mention that the new enviroment is office 2003 on xp pro on a
new drive.  I am trying to import from the old drive which had win 2000
server using outlook express.
