Hi, I'm having problems starting up Outlook 2003 for the
first time. It says that it fails to register
vbscript.dll and tells me to use regsrv32 to register it
and I have tried that. I cannot by any means start up
outlook I always get the same error. "Failed to register
a VB Script DLL. Reinstall or run Regsrv32.exe
Vbscript.dll to self register". I've reinstalled office
and I've even formatted the machine and reinstalled
office and I always get this same error. Can anyone help
please?

Did you follow the instruction to run Regsrv32?
