make outlook invisible in the taskbar (like messenger)

we should be able to hide the outlook icon from the taskbar as it is the case
in the msn messenger cause when working the last u want is serveral icons in
taskbar or windows should have like linux multiple screens

Version? Outlook 2003 can be minimized to the tray.
