Using Outlook 2003 on Windows XP Home Edition, the setting for Incoming Mail
Server' for a POP3 server keeps reverting to 'localhost' whenever I logoff
and log back on. How can I get the value to stick? What on my system would be
interfering with this? I am running from a limited (rather than
administrator) account. Could that be part of the problem?
