I have just installed the Personal Folders Backup tool using Outlook 03.  I
follow the instructions but the Backup command does not appear in the "File"
menu.  Thanks.

The add-in may not be registered correctly. So, try registering the dll with

the following steps.

1. Exit Outlook.

2. On the Start menu click Run

3. In the Open box type the following and click OK.

  regsvr32 "c:\program files\microsoft office\office\addins\outbak.dll"

NOTE: You may need to adjust the above path to Outbak.dll to match the

location on your computer.

4. After running the command line start Outlook.

- The above frm an earlier post -
