The "Customize Outlook Today" button on my Outlook 2k does not w.

I have just installed outlook 2000. However, the "Customise Outlook Today"
button do not respond. Any ideas on how I can activate this ?

OL2000: You Cannot Customize Outlook Today After You Install Critical Update

You can edit the registry to make changes to Outlook Today.
