moved data but empty address list

I just moved to a new PC, copying my Outlook data file
(was in 2000, now in 2003).  The address book is empty,
but the contacts are full. I copy and paste email
addresses from there for now.  What do I need to do to
have that address book filled again?

Dont understand the Q, OL uses Contacts, not Address Book.
Copy & paste to what, for what?
