I can't seem to find my way through the on-line advice about how to solve this problem. On send/receive a box keeps appearing to 'enter network password' which i enter, but it isn't saved. any advice anyone?? New profile, Hotfix article 821574,, Renamed cache files, (safemode in Outlook, it didn't pop up), and now we're eliminating startup items in msconfig. > Hi Legend, > have you tried to create a new profile?
