How can i view a picture sent as an attachment in the message?

I get alot of mails in which attachments of pictures are sent. In the good
old days of Outlook express I was able to see the images in teh reading pane.
I would like the same facility in OUtlook 2003! Help Please!

That is not possible in Outlook. The pictures will need to be send in the
body of the message by Insert-> Picture instead of as attachment by Insert->
File
