I have been following the directions to include the SP1 componants in my
Outlook 2003 and Office 2003 installations, but I keep getting an error that
I must provide a valid installation key to do this. I've never done this
sort of thing before, but I know it can be done. I have extracted the MSP
files. This is the command I am using (I'm not in the office, so I'm not
using the exact filenames):
msiexec.exe /p x:\outlook2003\msp\officepatch.msp /a
x:\outlook2003\outlook.msi /qb /lv* x:\outlook2003\updatelog.txt
I have the entire Outlook CD copied to x:\outlook2003, and I have been using
an MST file to install to the machines I have upgraded so far.

First you must create an administrative installation point. Copying the CD
to a network share is not an administrative installation yet. You must run
setup.exe /a to create an administrative installation point.
