No "Out of Office" choice on my Tools menu - Help?

I'm trying to set up an automatic response for "Out of Office" and the
option does not show up under tools - where is it?

Well... now that I think about it.... I'm not accessing an exchange server
directly via LAN, I accessing company email via internet
