My Outlook (2003 Professional) messages are with empty contents (empty body
of the message) regardless of the source of the messages. No changes of the
security settings have effect on this situation. Where is the problem?

I have the same problem with my Outlook 2000.  I then upgraded to Outlook
2003 and the same problem exist.  This system was just formatted /
re-installed O/S Win 2k.
