I receive duplicate emails of everything in Outlook. I cannot figure out why and how to fix the problem. It really is annoyting because I have 2 emails to delete for every one I receive. Your help would be greatly appreciated. I was having the same problem...then when I was exiting I would see that Outlook was doing 2 of 4 tasks (instead of 1 of 2). So, I went to Tools-Options. Mail Setup tab E-mail accounts button View or change existing email accounts NEXT I had TWO pop-servers listed and deleted the second. > I receive duplicate emails of everything in Outlook.
