How do I recover old messages and folders after update?

I just updated my MSN software so that I could use Intellisync for my address
book. In the process, I lost all of my old messages and folders in Outlook.
Can they be recovered? Thanks for the help.

HI Randy,
please search you pst on your computer,
the standard path is
C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook
and import it! FILE > IMPORT/EXPORT
