Outlook Email how to open links

locate link brower window comes up when I click on weblinks in my emails.  Is
there a way to connect outlook to open these links when I click on them?
please help

Hi Jen,
please open the internet explorer
TOOLS | INTERNETOPTIONS | ADVANCED
There is a point called" open shortcuts in the same Window" or something
like that. (I have only the german version)
Please activate this option to open a link in your outlook!
