how do i set up a retention policy in outlook

I would like to set up a retention policy for are users of outlook2003
Sent Items 14 days
Deleted Items 60 days
Can you tell me how?

Which version of Exchange? Configure it in mailbox manager on the ESM.

Hi Dian,
Its outlook 2003. I have been working with 2 service companies to solve this
problem for 4 months and its still not resolved

Which version of Exchange? You need to configure Mailbox manager to delete
messages from those folders. You can Google for help - and should easily
find the information you need for your version of Exchange.
