I have been having problems with my Outlook program. I was able to send
emails, but not receive. I went to help and followed directions, however, I
could not complete the process. The "Enter Network Password" constantly pops
up on the screen.

Gino,
Double check the name and password that you have designated as your incoming
mail server mail account name and password.  This should be the same as in
the "enter network password" box.  Make sure the box"remember password" is
checked and the box will not pop up anymore.(I am assuming that your account
name and password are the  ones you use to access your email from your server)
