Outlook 2003 ignores 24-hour clock settings in Windows XP pro?

I cannot convince Outlook 2003 to respect my clock settings under Windows XP
Pro.  Even though all Windows displays use the 24-hour clock, the calendar
function insists on showing the times in AM/PM format.

Anyone have a solution?

outlook should honor it (it does here) - try setting a different time format
and set it back to 24 h.
