I want to use outlook to view my emails from my ISP email account. I have set
up everything and have been able to send a test message to my email account,
but when I go to my Inbox, none of my emails show up.

Help.

Youve set the polling interval, in OL email settings, to check for mail?
The View settings are set appropriately?

How do I check/set the "polling interval?"
Yes, the view settings are OK.

Thanks.

Depending on your version of OL;
Tools/Options/Mail delivery    do not set to less than 10 mins.

Not sure what I did but I got it to work. I think I fixed my problem by
unchecking the box that says "Log on using Secure Password Authentication."

Thanks for your help!!

I had my customer try changing the polling interval, and it was already set
to 10min.  I'm going to try uninstalling Office 2000, and when I re-install,
I will uncheck Outlook.  Hopefully, I can then just install Outlook 2003 and
the problem will be fixed.  I have several customers using Office 2000, and
Outlook 2003 together.
